EGA MASTER founded in 1990 in Vitoria-Gasteiz is dedicated to the manufacture of premium industrial tooling for the most advanced industries.

Aner Garmendia, general manager of EGA MASTER, has brought us closer to the company that his father founded 32 years ago, in this talk that, framed in the Indeus interviews project, we have held at its plant in Vitoria-Gasteiz; a talk in which he has told us that Ega Master tools are sold in about 150 countries around the world.

"We manufacture hand tools for companies that really need quality and safety and today we sell all over the world, in about 150 countries. We seem to be the company in the whole state that exports to the most countries in the world."

On language management Aner Garmendia stressed that "companies that offer the possibility of using Basque will be attractive, therefore we will attract more and better talent, which means we will be more competitive companies."
